Diagnostics

before you set off toward a destination, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW where you are.

Through my Fundraising Diagnostics, I’ll analyze your current fundraising efforts to make recommendations for high-return strategies to increase donations to your organization. In order to serve organizations of all sizes, I offer two types of diagnostics:

ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC* – $2,100

You’ll receive a report and I’ll schedule a “findings call” with your board of directors or development committee to present the following vital information:

    • Giving trends to your organization over past 3 years and impacts on future giving
    • Evaluation of internal readiness for common fundraising strategies
    • Summary SWOT Analysis of your fundraising efforts (SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats)
    • Snapshot profile of your top donor prospects
  • Recommendations for steps to take to improve your fundraising results with immediate, 6-month and two-year time horizons

Methodology: in addition to the analysis provided in the Basic Diagnostic, I will dig deeper into your organization’s fundraising opportunities and the motivations of your donors by speaking directly with several of your donors and board members. I’ll conduct a series of 8 structured one-on-one interviews that include staff, board members and non-board donors.

*Recommended for organizations raising more than $25,000 per year and/or with giving histories of greater than 3 years.
